It's a no brainer. Or so I thought. You hear the word "fresh," and it oozes positive thoughts. Frozen Dinners are what you should avoid, but when it comes to Frozen Vegetables - they are often more nutritious than fresh vegetables.
Rachael Moeller Gorman enlightens us on how convenience is actually in favor of our health. Once I read this article, I immediately bought my medley of frozen string beans & corn, and my personal favorite: frozen spinach. I don't have to worry about veggies going bad ever again! Well...at least not as often.
