Bruschetta - Fancy Name, Easy Hors d'oeuvre

Double Tomato Bruschetta is an appetizer yum num. You will be the toast of the party! This recipe requires a lot of prep work (for an amateur chef) Slicing and dicing for a newbie - it's torturous. But I like to tell myself that the grunt work will make me a better cook in the end; even though it takes me 30 minutes to chop up 6 roma tomatoes in tiny pieces.


My tip: have a glass of wine while listening to some music, and time will fly. Caution note: the more you drink, the more you should concentrate on your chop work.
